Job summary

Women’s Imaging Specialists is seeking ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologists for a Paid Mammography Training Pathway across GA & AL. You’ll train hands-on, get certified, and step directly into a guaranteed Mammography Technologist role with us.

The program offers paid full-time training with mentorship, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and outpatient centers only. Upon certification, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms and contribute to patient education on breast health.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification and active state license are required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Full commitment to completing training + 2-year role commitment post-certification.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Knowledge of medical terminology + EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on clinical training with experienced mammography tech mentors.
• Learn 2D/3D digital mammography, patient positioning, and MQSA protocols.
• Master patient education and compassionate care for screening + diagnostic exams.
• Prepare for ARRT (M) certification exam with full support.
• Perform screening & diagnostic mammograms in outpatient settings after certification.
• Educate patients on breast health and the importance of early detection.
• Work Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with no on-call.
