Job summary

Women’s Imaging Specialists is hiring ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologists for a Paid Mammography Training Pathway across GA & AL. You’ll complete hands-on clinical training with expert mentors and learn 2D/3D mammography while preparing for ARRT (M) certification with full support.

Upon certification, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in outpatient centers, educate patients on breast health, and maintain a daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification and active state license
• BLS certification
• Full commitment to completing training + 2-year role commitment post-certification
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
• Knowledge of medical terminology + EMR systems preferred
• Mammography certification not required to start - we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on clinical training with experienced mammography tech mentors
• Learn 2D/3D digital mammography, patient positioning, and MQSA protocols
• Master patient education and compassionate care for screening + diagnostic exams
• Prepare for your ARRT (M) certification exam with full support
• Upon certification, perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in outpatient settings
• Educate patients on breast health and early detection
• Work M-F, daytime hours only with no on-call
