A full-time paid returnship for technical professionals who have taken a career break of one year or more. Participants refresh their skills through prescriptive learning plans while working on live projects alongside IBM teams, with the prospect of conversion to a permanent role. IBM is among the employers that lowered the minimum career-break requirement from two years to one, widening eligibility for people returning after caregiving, health, or other extended absences.
