Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Experience with ProSeries or QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with preparation of individual and business tax returns.
• Organize and review client tax information and documentation.
• Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and file management while maintaining confidentiality.
• Identify missing information and follow up with clients as needed.
• Perform basic tax research and support tax planning and analysis projects.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate and timely completion of client work.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other learning opportunities.
• Stay informed about tax law changes and industry developments relevant to assigned work.
• Assist with additional tax-season projects and administrative needs as assigned.
