Interns contribute to continuous improvement, pull and analyze data with KPI dashboards, and help identify risks with mitigation actions across the supply base and logistics network.

Qualificações

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or industrial systems engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Desire to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership demonstrated through roles in class, student organizations, work, internships, or activities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Power BI and database reporting software.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks; embrace lean principles.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Parker teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Observe work and participate in hands-on projects and assignments.
• Maintain communication with program coach for feedback on assignments.
• Prepare and analyze timely reports to support informed decisions.
• Prioritize tasks, meet commitments, and provide excellent customer service.
• Attend related training and apply it in assignments.
