Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Summer Sales Management Internship in Williamsport, PA. This paid internship provides real-world management exposure with a focus on leadership, customer relationships, and marketing strategy. You’ll work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks and participate in orientation starting May 24th.

As a junior, you’ll tackle projects alongside first- and second-year professionals, gaining valuable business experience in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must currently be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Join our Sales Management Internship Program and develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles and building customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers during the program.
• Learn how to develop marketing strategies and support customers throughout the internship.
