Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is hiring an Operations Intern for a 10-week, paid Summer Internship at our Dallas, TX and Plano, TX locations. You will gain hands-on exposure to branch fleet management, equipment movement, safety/compliance, customer service, and operational workflows.

You will work both in-office and outdoors with experienced operations professionals, learning how branch operations connect with corporate teams and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year degree or graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Inspect trailer equipment for safety, condition, and compliance.
• Coordinate trailer maintenance with vendors and Premier policies.
• Assist with fleet logistics and equipment movement between branches, customers and vendors.
• Support daily gate activity and maintain accurate equipment flow.
• Learn trailer specifications to support fleet understanding and customer needs.
• Provide support to customers visiting the branch and via phone/email.
• Assist with rental/leasing agreements and related documentation.
• Aid Accounts Receivable Collections and Accounts Payable activities.
