Job summary

CentraCare Health offers a paid, 10-week Summer Nurse Internship to prepare future nurses for real-world clinical practice. As a Nurse Intern, you will work with experienced RN preceptors who provide mentorship and support, gaining over 360 hours of hands-on clinical experience.

Applicants must be enrolled in an ADN or BSN program with a graduation date in 2027 or 2028, and BSN candidates are preferred. The program is located at multiple Minnesota sites and runs full-time with a structured

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited ADN or BSN program with expected graduation Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• BSN candidates must have completed their junior year before start.
• ADN candidates must have completed at least one semester of acute care clinical rotations.

Responsibilities

• Work with RN preceptors providing mentorship and hands-on guidance.
• Participate in a 10-week, full-time internship with 72-80 hours every two weeks.
• Gain clinical judgment and confidence through real-world nursing experiences.
