Job summary

HealthPartners' Methodist Hospital is seeking Student Nurse Interns to join our team as partners for good. The internship runs 10 weeks from June 7 to August 13, 2027, with a 0.8 FTE schedule and 64 hours per two-week pay period.

Interns must be enrolled in BAN/BSN/MSN programs with graduation dates of December 2027 or Spring 2028, hold BLS CPR, and complete at least one in-person clinical rotation. This paid internship provides exposure to multiple units and professional development

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BAN/BSN/MSN nursing program with anticipated graduation Dec 2027 or Spring 2028.
• BLS for healthcare providers (American Heart) and CPR certification required before start.
• At least 1 in-person clinical rotation completed.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely, high quality patient care and communicates with RNs, physicians and others on the care team.
• Collaborates with the RN to carry out the care plan from patient information collected.
• Attends SSNI professional development seminars and works 0.8 FTE for 10 weeks.
