Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university/college students for its Summer 2027 Management Internship in the Washington, PA area. You'll be paid $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour week and begin May 17, 2027, ending August 6, 2027.

You'll gain hands-on experience in running a successful business and acquire marketable leadership skills alongside peers in a team-based environment. From day one, you'll face challenges similar to first- and second-year full-time professionals, with opportunities in fleet

Qualifications

Must be a Junior or Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to start in our orientation class on May 17th, 2027 and work until August 6th, 2027.
Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Develop leadership and business skills through a fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies, and relationship-building tasks.
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
