Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship in Louisville, KY invites university students to dive into daily business challenges, learning to manage fleets, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies in a collaborative, team-based environment.

You'll work on real projects from day one, with peers and mentors guiding you through a 10-12 week May 2027 start, building leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that set you apart.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with no more than 2 semesters to graduate.
• Acceptable graduation dates: December 2027 or May 2028
• Must be studying Business, Communication, or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on projects.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and customer relationship activities.
• Collaborate with peers in a team-based internship environment.
