Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Summer 2027 Management Internship in Murray, KY, designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. From day one, interns gain real-world experience by supporting fleet management, customer service, and marketing activities in a team-based environment.

You'll work on intern projects, participate in friendly competition, and learn how to run parts of our business alongside first- and second-year professionals. May 2027 through August 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with no more than 2 semesters to graduate.
• Acceptable graduation dates: August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must be studying Business, Communication, or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to make a 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May 2027.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Internship Program to develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing, and relationship-building with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers, with eligibility for performance incentives and referrals.
