Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape invites college students and recent graduates to join our Summer 2027 Internship Program across multiple branch locations in the United States. This paid, full-time internship provides hands-on exposure to landscape management, construction, irrigation, design, and sales while you rotate through roles with mentors.

You will gain leadership skills, professional development, and networking opportunities while contributing to real projects and learning best practices in

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed college degree in related fields (e.g., Plant Science, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Design).
• Interest in gaining exposure to multiple landscape disciplines.
• Prior internship or coursework in landscape industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager and mentor to rotate through different areas of the business.
• Gain hands-on experience in landscape operations, admin, and sales support.
• Learn safety practices, crew management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Participate in branch meetings and understand financial/operational aspects.
• Develop leadership, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
