Job summary

Permian Resources Corporation offers a paid Summer 2027 Land Internship in Midland, Texas. Each intern is paired with a manager and mentor who provide technical guidance throughout the program, including training, field tours, and networking with executives.

Interns will work on clearing titles for drilling locations, researching land ownership and mineral rights, and analyzing title documents to verify updated land and lease records.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Energy Commerce, Land Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Current level in college: Sophomore through Graduate student.
• Expected graduation: Fall 2027 through Spring/Fall 2028.
• Available for internship start mid-late May 2027.
• A minimum of 12 continuous weeks' availability for internship.

Responsibilities

• Clear title for drilling locations and stay ahead of a fast-paced schedule.
• Research land ownership and mineral rights; analyze title documents and verify updated land and lease records.
• Ensure all land transactions comply with local, state and federal regulations.
