Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a Management Internship for university students in the Tulsa area, with paid work from May 2027 to August 2027 at multiple branches. You’ll gain real-world leadership experience and learn to run a fleet, serve customers, and craft marketing strategies while working in a team-focused environment.

The program starts in May, with opportunities for performance incentives and referrals based on your results and involvement.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time for next semester with graduation by May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment starting May training.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills: handle a fleet, serve customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; may qualify for performance incentives and referrals.
