Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. From day one, interns are paid and take on challenges similar to first/second year professionals in a team-based environment.

The Summer Internship Program runs May 2027–August 2027 at multiple branches in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area and pays $14 per hour. Opportunities include intern projects, potential incentives, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with a graduation date no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training in May.

Responsibilities

• During the internship, you’ll quickly learn what it takes to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• You’ll complete intern projects and may engage in friendly competition with your peers.
• You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Education

Rising senior enrolled full-time in college or university with graduation by May 2028
