Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in Supervision & Regulation (Outreach) in Atlanta, GA. Interns will support outreach activities, manage contact databases, develop MIS reports, and assist with communications and events across time zones.

Applicants must be enrolled as students and available for 10–12 weeks in the summer. Interns will gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and presentation support while benefiting from professional

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship.
• GPA above 3.0.
• Willing to commit to 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks.
• Preferred majors: Banking, Finance, Accounting, Communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage outreach contact and events database using the Bank's CRM (MS Dynamics).
• Develop and refine MIS reports for outreach activities.
• Graphic design for email templates and collateral (minor).
• Assist with social media projects for S&R and track metrics.
• Provide general administrative support for outreach and ad-hoc projects.
• Present to S&R management on outreach activities and assist in developing presentations.
• Assist with outreach webinars and social media awareness projects.
