Ben E. Keith Foods invites outstanding students to join its ASPIRE Internship Program for Summer 2027 in San Antonio. This paid, 11-week rotational experience offers real exposure to operations across departments and a capstone group project presented to senior leadership.

You will rotate through Administration, Operations, Logistics and Purchasing, completing projects that deepen your understanding of the U.S. food distribution industry.

Qualifications

• Graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Resume required with application.
• Apply to your preferred location; you are responsible for securing your own housing for the internship’s duration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Administration (Credit, Accounting, HR), Operations, Logistics, Purchasing.
• Engage in small, impactful projects and participate in a group project with fellow interns.
• Deliver a final presentation to senior leadership.
• Topics explored include talent development, sales penetration, supply chain challenges, and process improvements.

Education

Pursuing degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Marketing / Management / Finance / Economics / Animal Sciences / Meat Sciences / Technology
