Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company invites talented students to join the ASPIRE Internship Program for Summer 2027. This paid, 11-week rotational experience offers exposure to administration, sales, operations, logistics, and purchasing within a leading foodservice distributor.

You will rotate across departments, complete small projects, collaborate on a group project with a final presentation to senior leadership, and gain a solid understanding of the U.S. food supply chain and Ben E. Keith Foods' role.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required.
• Resume required with application.
• Apply to your preferred location; you are responsible for securing your own housing for the internship’s duration.
• Relatives of current Ben E. Keith employees are not eligible to apply for the ASPIRE Internship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Administration (Credit, Accounting, HR), Sales, Operations, Logistics, Purchasing.
• Engage in small, impactful projects in each department and a group project with final presentation to senior leadership.
• Group projects have explored talent development, sales penetration, supply chain challenges, and process optimization.
• By the end of the program you’ll understand the U.S. food supply chain and Ben E. Keith Foods’ role.
