Job summary

Univera Healthcare in Buffalo offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August with up to 40 hours per week. Interns work across tracks like Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics, and more, gaining exposure to real projects.

Interns are mentored by managers and participate in development workshops to bridge school and corporate life. Housing is not provided as part of the program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research projects to improve health plan performance.
• Develop surveys, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience.
• Present findings and recommendations at internship completion.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects.
