Univera Healthcare in Rochester, NY invites applicants to join a 10-week Summer College Internship Program. Paid internship from early June to mid-August, up to 40 hours per week, with development workshops, mentoring, and exposure to multiple tracks across business, IT, analytics, HR and more.

Interns work on meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, deliver presentations, and participate in a supportive corporate environment designed to bridge school to professional life.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and full-time college enrollment in an undergrad/grad program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interactions with diverse audiences.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with items on the HR analytics roadmap for summer 2027.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
