Job summary

The role supports ink formulation, quality, and manufacturing scalability, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers.

The program emphasizes hands-on experiments, data analysis, and presentation of findings, with potential full-time conversion for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. candidate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Full-time enrollment at an accredited university.
• No more than 24 months of prior relevant work experience.
• Able to obtain US work authorization in 2027 without sponsorship.
• Experience with pigment chemistry, polymers, colloids, or nanoparticle suspensions.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and reformulate inks to meet performance and supply requirements.
• Design, conduct, and analyze experiments involving pigments, polymers, colloids, and nanoparticle suspensions.
• Support scale-up and transfer of formulations from R&D to manufacturing.
• Evaluate material changes, quality concerns, and supply risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Document experimental results and communicate technical findings and recommendations.
• Use data analysis, project management, and AI-assisted tools to support project execution.
