Job summary

National Life Group Internship Program provides real workplace learning for undergraduates in a growing insurance environment. The Affiliated Distribution Intern position requires onsite work four days per week (Mon–Thu) and focuses on career-relevant tasks linked to marketing, communications and analytics.

The role includes supporting internal marketing plans, assisting Key Account Managers, and conducting cross-functional business analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Business Management.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and assess learning evaluation results and tracking metrics.
• Support development of internal marketing and communication plans to promote and raise awareness for programming and initiatives.
• Assist our Key Account Managers who work to support our agents’ sales activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct business analytics and industry research, transforming data-driven insights into strategic opportunities that support shared goals and drive informed decision-making.
• Assist with the market research on various markets we are looking to open.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
