Job summary

Stryker invites you to join our Software Engineering internship program in the United States. You will contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship from leaders, and experience a culture of innovation and teamwork that impacts today’s healthcare technology.

As an intern, you will rotate through Advanced Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, Quality, R&D and Product Engineering teams, including New Product Development, Test Lab, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field and remain enrolled.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication with collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced, growing industry setting.
• Implement new ideas, be challenged, and develop your skills.
• Network with key leaders and stakeholders in the business.
• Be part of an innovative team and culture and document processes clearly.
