For our client, we are seeking a Paid Social Video Editor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on creating high-performing social video content that supports both storytelling and performance marketing goals. You will own the edit from rough cut through final delivery, partnering closely with creative and growth teams to bring ideas to life quickly and at a high standard. The position calls for strong technical editing skills, creative judgment, and the ability to produce a steady stream of polished concepts for social channels.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,800 - $133,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Create engaging 9x16 video ads that align storytelling with brand and performance goals
• Own the editing process from rough cut to final delivery, ensuring high-quality pacing, sound, and color
• Utilize Premiere and After Effects, integrating AI tools to enhance creative output
• Produce a high volume of video concepts and iterations while maintaining craftsmanship
• Stay updated on editing trends and social media formats to inform creative strategies
• Collaborate closely with creative and growth teams to quickly translate ideas into polished videos

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional editing experience in advertising, branded content, or social media
• Expertise in Premiere and After Effects with strong color and finishing skills
• Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance audience engagement and brand objectives
• Excellent attention to detail and stylistic breadth demonstrated in your editing reel
• Understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and their unique editing conventions
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively with creative partners
