Our Paid Social team delivers best-in-class, highly sophisticated branding and performance media to Code3’s diverse client base. Paid Social Specialists meet and exceed KPIs through executing complex ad campaigns and reporting campaign performance to our clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the largest brands in the world.

Note: Due to in-person client meetings and events, it is strongly preferred that candidates for this position are based in the New York City metropolitan area.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution
  • Manage campaign budget pacing and execute bid adjustments as needed
  • Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns, plus those built by other team members
  • Build and deliver weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting inclusive of formatted Excel reports, Looker dashboards and performance insights and recommendations
  • Pull data and provide insights for campaign wrap-ups and ad hoc reporting deliverables
  • Seeks out learning and maintains understanding of newest paid social product offerings across platforms and stays up-to-date on latest trends in social advertising platforms
  • Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance

You should have:

  • BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, or business
  • Up to 2 years of direct experience in buying ads on social platforms
  • Experience in at least 1of the following: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Proficiency with data hygiene, analysis, and visualization in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • A self-motivated drive to learn & openness to feedback
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Organizational prowess to track a high volume of deliverables and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability

Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
