Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Buyer to take ownership of our tele-healthcare client's paid social strategy. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize campaigns across platforms, lead creative testing to maximize performance, deliver clear and actionable reporting, and help shape our roadmap as we explore bringing media buying in-house.

Offer range: PHP 85,000 - 105,000/mo or US$8.5 - 10.5/hr

Core Tasks
  • Build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Test into emerging platforms such as Pinterest or Reddit as directed
  • Independently optimize campaigns based on performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.)
  • Develop and execute creative testing plans, recommending new angles and copy/asset variations
  • Collaborate with creative teams to scope briefs for new assets based on campaign learnings
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on campaign performance
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and proactively recommend new best practices
Must-Haves
  • 3+ years of paid social buying experience, including Meta and TikTok
  • Proven ability to independently set up, manage, and scale campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Strong grasp of key paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA)
  • Experience managing and optimizing ad budgets across multiple platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with a history of working with US-based clients
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time zone
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit ads
  • SQL/Looker/Hex experience for building custom dashboards and queries
  • History of campaign work in the DTC e-commerce space
