Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the paid social team, drive digital strategy, and manage client relationships. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with strategy and planning teams, and ensure campaigns meet goals across Chicago and Dallas.

You will analyze performance, prepare insights, and present recommendations to clients and partners, while staying ahead of industry trends and platform changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on work managing paid social media accounts.
• Proactive self-starter with strong communication and organization skills.
