Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with budget experience.
• Ability to turn campaign data into weekly/monthly reports.
• Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Willingness to learn self-serve ad platforms and reporting tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage timelines.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Team player with cross-department communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Media Strategists during campaign strategy development and plan execution.
• Build and manage paid social campaigns across self-serve platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and analyze results.
• Conduct research to inform media strategies and tactics.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance for budgets and billing.
• Monitor delivery and results using trafficking and reporting tools.
• Stay up to date on latest media trends.
• Collaborate to ensure insertion orders and data accuracy in media plans.
