DEPT is seeking an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, to provide production support for the account team. You will manage data, build and optimize campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest, and contribute to client meetings and presentations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid social or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn DEPT's paid social marketing methodologies.
• Sharpen Excel skills (sorting, pivots, conditional formatting, VLookup).
• Execute tasks via Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest Ads Manager.
• Upload/edit campaigns, targeting, ads, keywords, placements, negatives.
• Identify performance trends and prepare insightful reports.
• Understand bidding methodologies and adjust strategies.
• Monitor budget pacing and report to the team.
• Discuss channel performance on client calls.
