• Stays at the forefront of paid social product offerings and oversees implementations.
• Manages scope of work and flags scope creep.
• Solves problems, improves processes, and drives efficiencies.
• Provides consistent team leadership and goal-setting.
• Primary social escalation point for the client(s).
• Translates campaign success to clients.
