Description

This position will serve a critical function within the Integrated Media Solutions team at AGP: working with team leaders to continue setting the agency standard for strategy and performance in the paid search space for our nonprofit clients. The ideal team member will lead the paid search efforts for assigned accounts and expand paid search knowledge across the team.

Description

This position will serve a critical function within the Integrated Media Solutions team at AGP: working with team leaders to continue setting the agency standard for strategy and performance in the paid search space for our nonprofit clients. The ideal team member will lead the paid search efforts for assigned accounts and expand paid search knowledge across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage paid search, grant, and PMAX campaigns across the Google and Microsoft platforms. Specific functions include:
    • Strategy development and planning
    • Campaign management and optimization
    • Copywriting
    • Collaborating with the design team on required campaign assets.
    • Campaign reporting and analysis, with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor to junior staff or others with limited paid search experience.
  • Involved in the strategic development of client plans on assigned accounts.
  • Ensures that campaign spend tracking and billing are accurate and timely for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure that the AGP integrated process is followed for all projects and that all IMS team templates are used.
  • Makes sure that plans fit with the strategic vision and best practices of the group.
  • Leads reporting for owned channels/platforms on assigned accounts, responsible for making sure the reporting focuses on actionable insights. Works to ensure that all reporting follows the best practices in the documented AGP attribution model.
  • Daily-weekly campaign QA based on the agreed-upon structure for each account.


Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of 4+ years of expertise in managing paid search and PMAX across Google and Microsoft platforms within an agency setting, including expertise in the following aspects:
    • Strategy development and planning
    • Campaign management and optimization
    • Copywriting
  • Current Google Ads certifications
  • Strong leadership skills with a strong interest in furthering their career serving nonprofit organizations.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work with the ability to self-manage and keep campaigns moving on time.
  • Ability to consult with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, outcomes, and expectations
  • Experience also managing campaigns in paid social and programmatic preferred, but not required.
  • Manage quarterly Client media budgets of $100,000+
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaign performance and translating insights into actionable results.
  • Expertise in manipulating and analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Deep attention to detail
