About Your Role
Rocket Lawyer is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead and optimize our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs across key business lines, including memberships, business registrations, legal consults, and documents. You will develop strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze performance to drive customer acquisition and growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, BI, and Finance is essential to align paid search efforts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage paid search strategies focusing on acquisition and profitable growth.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
• Lead value-based bidding strategies and collaborate on landing page testing initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and BI teams to align search campaigns with business objectives.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and report to leadership.
• Manage daily pacing, budgets, and testing agendas for SEM campaigns.
• Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends to maintain competitiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of marketing experience, with 4+ years managing paid search channels, preferably in SaaS or subscription services.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including bidding strategies and ad formats.
• Experience with value-based bidding models and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field; SQL experience is a bonus.
