Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Sophomore status or above.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist with special projects that streamline sales processes and support loan officers with day-to-day operational needs.
• Travel to branch locations to meet with loan officers, gather feedback, and document opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities of tools and processes used by loan officers.
• Support planning, organization, and facilitation of cross-functional meetings to evaluate enhancements and align stakeholders.
• Attend community events to build relationships with customers and promote GreenStone products and services.
