The role is in-store at select Home Depot partner locations in Sterling, Reston, and Fairfax, VA, with a flexible weekend schedule and uncapped commissions on top of $17/hour base pay. Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Outgoing, friendly, confident in conversations with customers.
• Weekend availability to cover flexible shifts in Sterling/Reston/Fairfax.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers with natural, energetic conversations to build rapport.
• Identify customer needs around home comfort, heating, cooling, and plumbing services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule consultations with senior design professionals.
• Represent AllTech Services with pride, highlighting 20+ years of service, BBB rating, and customer feedback.
• Log customer details and leads into the system for follow-up.
• Receive coaching from a Sales Manager with feedback and mentorship.
