Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progress toward a degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• 1-3 years of academic experience.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with ability to multitask and re-prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a predictive maintenance program to increase reliability.
• Write high priority SOPs to standardize processes.
• Track parts and serialization to improve traceability.
• Perform root cause analysis on failures to drive improvements.
