Job summary

MBE CPAs in Wisconsin is seeking motivated accounting students for spring or summer internships. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a full‑service CPA firm, contribute to real client work, and receive training, mentorship, and support from a team invested in your success.

Interns gain exposure to tax and accounting projects, including 1099s and individual and business returns, with onsite work at selected locations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting at a technical school, college, or university
• Interested in pursuing a career in public accounting
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word & Outlook
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite, collaborate with team members, and take on new challenges in a professional environment
• Previous accounting coursework, internship experience, or public accounting experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience working alongside accounting professionals in a full-service CPA firm
• Contribute to real client work while receiving training, mentorship, and support from a team invested in your success
