Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern to support our pharmacy team in Fairfax, VA. You will learn hands-on in a community setting while advocating for patient wellbeing and delivering high-quality care.

You will assist with processing prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, and help with inventory and customer interactions as part of a dynamic team committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-based immunization certification preferred.
• HIPAA and PHI guidelines knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of information per policies and laws.
• Process prescription and OTC orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by assessing needs and guiding therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
