L&M-Corrugated-Container-Corporatio is offering a paid internship to support the design team in creating, testing, and producing corrugated packaging. The role provides hands-on experience in packaging design, specifications, and workflows and includes training with the goal of transitioning to full-time after the program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in packaging, design, engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with design software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing corrugated packaging under supervision.
• Support spec creation and updates for customer items.
• Learn and assist with testing processes, including stacking analysis and compression performance.
• Help prepare cape layouts and workflow documentation.
• Assist in ordering and tracking cutting dies.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to support project execution.
• Maintain organized documentation and design files.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of corrugated materials, design software, and industry standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
