Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or master's program with a concentration in Business or Engineering.
• Previous internship experience (manufacturing or related area) preferred.
• Proof of leadership experience and strong communication skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on projects across Sonoco's manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Learn from Sonoco leadership and gain exposure to multiple functions (engineering, quality, safety, sales, finance, supply chain).
• Attend plant tours and engage in on-the-job learning with real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with other interns and Emerging Leader associates to complete assignments.
