Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Eden Prairie, MN offers a summer internship on-site for current juniors/seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. You will work full-time at Eden Prairie and gain practical, hands-on experience.

You will complete a project from start to finish with mentor guidance, collaborate with a team on real-world challenges, and attend networking events within MTS and ITW divisions.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Leadership and teamwork experience from extracurricular or academic activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work onsite at Eden Prairie, MN.
• Previous relevant internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time on-site at Eden Prairie, MN during the summer internship.
• Complete a project from start to finish with guidance from a manager and mentor.
• Collaborate with a team and engage in real-world challenges impacting the business.
• Attend networking events within MTS and ITW divisions in Minnesota.
• Participate in personal and professional development sessions and social activities such as baseball games, happy hours, and summer sports leagues.
• Present your project to MTS business leaders at the end of the internship.
