Job summary

MTS Systems Corporation in Eden Prairie, MN invites you to join its summer Internship Program. This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to real-world challenges across Minnesota and ITW divisions.

As an intern, you will work on a project from start to finish, present your results to senior leaders, and participate in networking and professional development events while enjoying a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Must be able to work onsite at our Eden Prairie, MN location.
• Previous relevant internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a manager and mentor to complete a project from start to finish.
• Present your project to MTS business leaders at the end.
• Attend networking events and development sessions.
• Collaborate with interns and leaders across Minnesota.
