Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation's Laconia Center is hiring for a paid Nurse Aide Training program. This full-time opportunity lets you earn as you learn; the training is provided at no cost, no experience required, with a 1–4 month completion window.

Upon successful completion, a licensed CNA position awaits, and the program offers career pathways toward LPN or RN with tuition assistance; space is limited.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program; training is free and requires no prior experience.
• Upon successful completion, a position as a CNA awaits.
• Career ladders toward LPN/RN with tuition assistance, including non-clinical pathways.
