PowerBack Rehabilitation in the United States offers entry-level health care opportunities through our Nurse Aide Training Program. No prior experience is required; you will learn to compassionately care for our patients and residents while starting a meaningful career.

The free training lasts 1–4 months, and upon successful completion a position awaits. We provide tuition assistance to pursue LPN or RN credentials and offer clinical career pathways, including non-clinical ladders.

Qualifications

• Must obtain CNA certification within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in Nurse Aide Training Program; training is free and requires no prior experience.
• Completion leads to a nursing or CNA position and opportunities for advancement.
