Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dartmouth Health Apprenticeship Program to create a sustainable pipeline of Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) through apprenticeship positions.
• Apprentices hired will be employed across multiple nearby nursing centers to gain diverse learning experiences and accelerate development.
