Harris Hill Center is currently offering a paid Nurse Aide Training program where you earn while you learn. The training covers tuition in full and you will be paid during the class. After licensing, you will receive a pay increase and guaranteed full-time employment.

Participants must pass the course and State Exam and apply for your NH LNA license within 30 days of completion. Training begins at several NH centers in September 2026, with offer to move into full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved CNA program within four months of training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in the Nurse Aide Training Program; training is free and can take 1–4 months.
• Upon completion, a position awaits you and future clinical career pathways are available through tuition assistance.

Harris Hill Center is Now Hiring for Paid Nurse Aide Training! Earn as YOU Learn! Take your first step into Healthcare. Tuition is fully covered and you will be paid while participating in the class. Once you become licensed, you will receive a pay increase and will be guaranteed full-time employment. If hired by Harris Hill Center, you will participate in the Paid Nurse Aide Training, must pass the course and State Exam and apply for your NH LNA license within 30 days.

• Hackett Hill Center (Manchester) September 1, 2026!
• Mountain Ridge Center (Franklin, NH) starting September 10, 2026!
• Oceanside Center (Hampton, NH) starting September 1, 2026!

Responsibilities

Start your health care career and change lives, including your own, and enroll in our Nurse Aide Training Program! The training is free, no experience required, only an interest in a career where you will compassionately care for our patients and residents. From start to finish, the training program can take anywhere from 1-4 months. Upon successful completion of the training program, a position awaits you.

Becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide can be just the start of a rewarding career. We offer clinical career pathways as a nurse aide, and we encourage continuation of your nursing education to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career ladders are also available.
