Job summary

Genesis is offering a pathway into healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with paid training and certification. Successful completion leads to a full-time position and a one-year commitment within our care teams.

We provide tuition assistance for ongoing nursing education, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for advancement in long-term care services across our local area.

Qualifications

• Must obtain certification from a state approved CNA program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to medical and physical needs.

The training is free, no experience required, only an interest in a career where you will compassionately care for our patients and residents. From start to finish, the training program can take anywhere from 1- 4 months. Upon successful completion of the training program, a position awaits you.

We offer clinical career pathways as a nurse aide, and we encourage continuation of your nursing education to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program.
