• Interest in HVAC, building maintenance, or skilled trades.
• Pre-employment screenings include written testing, criminal background, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on learning across apartment and building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and capital planning activities.
• Assist with work orders and resident service tasks.
