Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is launching the PHOENIX Merchandising Summer Internship in New York. The program supports the Bonobos brand with a 10-week, paid internship for rising juniors and seniors and grads, centered on merchandising, product launches, and cycle management.

Expect hands-on exposure to lifecycle stages, trend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration; location is the New York office with a four-days-in-office schedule and a 40-hour workweek. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Availability for the full 10-week program (June 2–Aug 5).
• Relocation to the New York office; housing not provided.
• Commit to an in-office, four-days-per-week schedule.
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Support on-time product launches by ensuring style information accuracy.
• Assist through the product lifecycle from concept to distribution.
• Analyze trends via runway, aspirational brands, and social platforms.
• Contribute to on-site merchandising and direct-to-consumer presentations.
• Maintain Merchant Reporting/Recaps and sample management.
