Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers and documents medications and injections with final documentation by CMA, RN, or Physician.
• Reviews appointment schedules and maintains patient flow, greets patients, and prepares them for examination.
• Performs audiograms and visual testing.
• Communicates with patients via telephone, answers questions, and documents actions in the patient record.
